These terms govern your access to and use of the Agriface marketplace, including our web and mobile applications. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Accounts & roles
You may register as a Farmer, Buyer/Batcher, or Rider. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the batch, bid, and delivery information you submit, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Bidding & transactions
Bids placed on a batch are offers to purchase a specified quantity at a specified price. A bid becomes binding once both parties agree on price and the batch owner confirms it. Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner; Agriface does not store your full payment card details.
Batch verification
Finalized batches are committed to an internal ledger for traceability purposes. This record reflects information submitted by the farmer and batcher at the time of finalization and is provided to support transparency between marketplace participants.
Acceptable use
- Don’t submit false batch, pricing, or delivery information.
- Don’t use the platform to circumvent agreed transactions or payouts.
- Don’t upload content you don’t have the rights to share.
Limitation of liability
Agriface provides the marketplace infrastructure connecting farmers, buyers, and riders, but is not a party to the underlying sale of produce. We are not liable for disputes arising from the quality, condition, or delivery of produce exchanged between users, beyond facilitating the platform’s payment and logistics tools in good faith.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
