This policy describes how Agriface(“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use our marketplace across web and mobile, as a farmer, buyer, batcher, or rider.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, phone number, village/district/state, and role.
- Batch content you upload: photos, voice notes, crop details, and pricing.
- Location data used to calculate distance between a batch and a bidder, captured only with permission.
- Payment and payout details processed through our payment partner, to complete bids and withdrawals.
- Device push-notification tokens, used to notify you about bids, confirmations, and deliveries.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the marketplace: matching batches with bidders, calculating distance-aware pricing, processing payments and payouts, coordinating logistics, and sending you relevant notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention & your choices
Batch history — including photos, voice notes, and notes — is retained to preserve the traceability record tied to a finalized batch’s QR code. You can request account deletion or data export by contacting us at selvakumard274@gmail.com.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted transport and access-controlled storage — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we continually work to improve ours.
